Sentinel Auditing provides statutory and external audit services for companies operating in the UAE — Mainland, Free Zones, and offshore entities. Our audits are conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and relevant UAE Ministry of Economy requirements.
Our services include:
- Statutory annual audit of financial statements
- Limited review engagements and Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP)
- Internal audit and internal control assessment (for clients not engaged for external audit services)
- Financial due diligence and transaction support
- Audit reports for Free Zone license renewal
- Audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS
Each engagement is directly supervised by a senior partner from planning to final delivery.
